Priyanka Singh

Priyanka Singh was born on 9 May 1990 in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.   She gained public recognition through the reality show Sur Sangram (Season 1) on Mahua Channel.   Over a career spanning from around 2008, she has lent her voice to more than 2,000 songs across Bhojpuri, Hindi and Assamese languages.  

Her singing is known for blending traditional Bhojpuri folk elements with contemporary musical styles, making her one of the most loved singers in the Bhojpuri industry. Among her notable songs is the hit duet “Chalakata Humaro Jawaniya Ye Raja” (2016) with Pawan Singh.   Priyanka has also performed at major cultural events such as the Mainpaat Mahotsav in Chhattisgarh (2019 & 2020).  

With her strong stage presence and versatile vocal abilities, Priyanka continues to push the boundaries of regional music while staying rooted in her cultural heritage.
